"Regional pricing feels a bit unfair"
Battle.net has been smooth for me overall, downloads work fine, and I haven’t had any issues with payments. My main complaint is the regional pricing. Some games just feel way too expensive here compared to what people actually earn locally. I still use it, I just really wish the prices made a little more sense for my region

"Good support, but outage updates could be better"
Support does get back to you, which I appreciate, but when there’s an outage, the updates aren’t always as clear as they could be haha. Would be nice to get more specific info on what’s happening and when things might be fixed.

I opened a ticket about the problem, but it got closed even though nothing was actually fixed. The issue is still happening on my end. I’m not sure what happened, but it kind of feels like they may have just closed it to clear it from the queue rather than really looking into it.

"Changing my phone number turned into a hassle"
I got locked out after trying to update my phone number, and it was way more stressful than I expected. My brother was with me and even he couldn’t believe how long support took to get back to me. I get that security is important, but Battle.net makes the whole process feel harder than it needs to be

Ive been trying to play most nights, but its been frustrating. The lag kicks in, I get disconnected, and then there are queues almost every time. It feels like its happening way too often now

"It worked, but the wait was annoying"
I bought a game add-on through Battle.net and it did eventually show up in my account, so it wasn’t a huge problem in the end. But the delivery took longer than I expected, and I kept refreshing and waiting around for it to appear, which got frustrating. I also checked support info, but it wasn’t very clear, and it felt like nobody had really read what I was asking. It worked out eventually, but for such a big platform, I expected the whole process to feel a lot smoother

"Pretty smooth setup"
I downloaded battle.net so I could install my game, and it went smoothly. It took a little while, but there weren’t any errors or weird issues popping up. Logging in was simple too. It just did what I needed it to do, so I’m happy with it. 5 stars from me.

"Connection Keeps Dropping Despite Their Promises"
I was told the service would be reliable, but the connection keeps dropping all night. It’s really frustrating because they made it sound like this wouldn’t be an issue, and now I’m stuck constantly reconnecting when I’m just trying to get things done or stream something. Definitely not what was promised.

Compared to other apps people seem to use without much trouble, this one can be frustrating because sometimes it just won’t let me in. When it works, it’s fine, but getting locked out randomly definitely gets annoying

"Payment issues was frustrating"
I tried to buy game time and my card got declined twice, even though it works totally fine everywhere else. Then one of the payments sat there as pending for hours, and support were slow to get back to me. Battle.net is okay when everything works, but the payment side of it is really annoying.

"Battle.net has been easy for me…"
Battle.net has been easy for me to use when playing with friends on PC and console. Most of the time it does what I need without much hassle. The only thing that gets frustrating is the waiting when it takes a while to sync, especially when everyone’s ready to play and I’m just sitting there. Overall though, it works fine.

"I’ve been having a rough time…"
I’ve been having a rough time with battle chat lately. Messages actually seem to lag a lot, and sometimes my friends show as offline even when they’re definitely online. Group chat feels clunky too, like it hasn’t really kept up with how people actually use chat now. The social features just feel outdated and kind of annoying to deal with.

Not gonna lie, Battle.net parental controls do cover the basics well, like setting play time and spending limits, which is definitely helpful. But getting everything set up felt more confusing than it needed to be, and some settings were kind of buried in menus. It works fine overall, just not as smooth or straightforward as I expected.

"Recent Login Trouble Was Frustrating"
Just recently had a rough time logging into Battle.net after an update. I kept getting random error codes and tried the usual stuff like clearing the cache and reinstalling, but none of it helped. Support did get back to me, and their steps eventually fixed the problem, but it took a couple days. Since this just happened, it’s definitely the part of the experience that’s sticking with me most right now. Not the worst support experience ever, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped.

"Downloads take way too long"
I felt kind of pressured to get things done quickly, so it was really frustrating that every download took forever. Even simple files seemed to drag on much longer than they should have.

battle is generally fine to use, and I don’t have any major complaints. That said, the friend list can be a bit frustrating sometimes. It either takes a while to load or shows friends as offline when they’re actually online, which is kind of annoying when you’re trying to jump into a game. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, but it definitely feels like something that should be fixed

I’m usually skeptical when companies make things sound “simple” in their help pages, because half the time it still turns into a maze. But changing my subscription on Battle.net was actually no hassle. It took maybe a minute, and everything was laid out clearly enough that I wasn’t left guessing if it worked. happy with how smooth it was

battle.net updates have been stable lately. Every now and then one takes a bit longer than I expected, but I haven’t really run into crashes or random weird errors. Small win for me: I can usually just update, grab a snack, and get into my games without having to troubleshoot anything. Overall, it’s been working fine.

battle has been opening up really fast for me lately and the game updates just start doing their thing without any weird delays or fuss, downloads stay steady too, so I haven’t had much to complain about because it’s just been working the way I need it to.
